Some conversations don't belong in a coffee shop. They need quiet, presence, and people who agree to listen without trying to solve. That's what this circle is for.
No agenda beyond what each person brings. No advice given unless asked. What's said in the circle stays in the circle.
What is a Men's Circle?
A small gathering of men coming together to connect in a real way.
How does the circle begin?
We sit in a circle. At the beginning, we make a simple agreement that we do our best not to judge and that we allow ourselves to be who we are.
How do we communicate?
The one who is holding the talking stick speaks, the others listen. I hold the structure of the communication, not as an authority.
Do I have to share or speak?
There is no pressure to share or speak. You can speak or just be there.
How does the circle close?
We close with a simple exercise.
What is the deeper intention?
A space to drop our masks, to be more ourselves, and maybe even find a different definition of masculinity.
